From tasks to calendar: When you decide to work on a task, you should be able to see your available time and block it in one motion. The calendar event should know which task it’s serving.
From calendar to notes: When a meeting or work session ends, the notes you take should be connected to the calendar event and any related tasks. Next time you prepare for a similar meeting, everything is linked.

Consider a typical Monday morning:
- You open your dashboard and see today’s calendar — three meetings and two focus blocks

- During the meeting, you take notes directly. When someone asks you to investigate a performance issue, you check a line in your notes and it becomes a task
